OUR FOUNDER: JON RINDT
Following a remarkable career with American Income Life, Jon Rindt chose to launch Rindt Organization in August 2024. Since joining the company in May 2019, Jon has made a remarkable impact with his impressive accomplishments. At just 18, he became the #3 Top Rookie Producer, writing over $245,000 in net ALP while transitioning from in-home to virtual appointments. That same year, he earned a spot in the Presidents Club and has since achieved recognition in the Founders Club twice. Under his leadership over the past five years, his team has surpassed $5 million in Annualized Life Premium (ALP). Jon’s strategic insight and dedication have driven outstanding achievements, including being named #1 MGA in Category 12 with a remarkable 317% growth in 2022. His impact extends beyond impressive metrics; he has also guided multiple agents to achieve six-figure incomes, showcasing his ability to foster both individual and team success.
